In its statement to the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) on Monday, Aramex announced that its Board of Directors will convene on Monday, October 27, 2014 at 5:00 pm to tackle the sourcing of a commercial general liability insurance policy from Emirates Insurance Company, as one of the insurers considered by the Company.

Aramex’s statement also noted that “the Chairman, as a conflicted party, and any other conflicted director(s) will abstain from voting in this matter.”
